What's Included?

This module introduces, opportunities and challenges associated with the creation and management of entrepreneurial organizations. Furthermore, it discusses innovative and contemporary approaches in addressing areas such as: initiating, Out of box thinking, identifying challenges, understanding business systems, identify the most suitable business system and develop.

It also provides the foundation for small businesses and an overview of business concepts, including topics such as: theories of entrepreneurship, types and characteristics of entrepreneurship, the business life cycle, entrepreneurial economics, financial management, Cash-flow Patterns, Cash-flow Quadrants, Financial Literacy And Early Retirement.
