5. Delivery

We offer free island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka for all Maatha Naturals product orders. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

a) Maatha Naturals Products

We take pride in the quality of our Maatha Naturals products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following Return & Refund Policy applies:

• Customers must inform Maatha Naturals via email at maathanaturals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product if they intend to return it.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and unopened, with all original contents included.

• If there is any issue found upon opening the product, it must be left as-is without further handling.

• Customers are responsible for return delivery costs.

• Customers may submit photos of the product to support the return request.

• Once the returned product is received and reviewed, and if it meets the return conditions, a full refund will be issued.

• Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process after initiation.

• Acceptance or rejection of a returned item is at the sole discretion of the company, and the company’s decision is final.

b) Coaching Programs

Due to the nature of digital and knowledge-based services, coaching program purchases are non-refundable. Once a customer is registered and granted access, the sale is considered final.

However, INVICTUS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD may, at its discretion, consider full or partial refunds under special circumstances. If a customer wishes to cancel their participation in a coaching program and request a refund, they must:
